Private Sunset Experience

Our private guided sunset experience gives tourists the opportunity to chase the sun around Gozo.

This experiences runs daily after 15:00. On our excursions you are not joined with any other clients. Forget the crowds and set itineraries. This is your experience, tailored to your pace.

The sunset experience is ideal for tourists who are looking to start their day by visiting the sister island of Comino first, or for those who wish to avoid the morning heat.

The pace of the experience is decided by you therefore you choose how long you would like to visit each stop. We visit various points of interests, distinct scenery and make photo stops.

The experience starts from the East (Qala) and ends at the Western part of Gozo for the sunset of Dwejra Bay, famous for the Inland Sea, Fungus Rock and the fallen Azure Window Memorial.

For those interested in swimming, we always check the wind direction, since sometimes it is safer to swim on the south side of Gozo, and on a good day on the North of Gozo when the weather is favourable. Swimming in the Inland Sea is always possible as this is an enclosed natural area.

For those who are interested in sunset photography, the wind direction and the setting of the sun will affect the outcome of your photos!

Since the stops are decided by the client, one can also choose to stop at Xwejni Area; renowned for the Salt Pans, Xwejni Bay and Qbajjar Bay. In both locations, Dwejra Bay & Xwejni Area, one can enjoy the beautiful sunset that settles over Gozo’s west side.

What to Wear/Bring

During the months of April, May, and October we recommend clients carry a light jacket or vest with them, since our climate tends to be warm during the day, but when the sun sets it can get quite cold especially if driving a quad.

Duration

The tour duration is 4 hours. Feel free to let us know, if you would like to visit a specific place!

Quad Bikes

• Drivers over 21 years old, and in possession of a valid car driving licence.
• Fuel, helmets and insurance are included.
• Each quad can take 2 people.

We give you a detailed tutorial on how to operate the quad. Should have any difficulties in driving,
we will help you build your confidence to be a safer driver since your safety is our priority!

It is advised to have cash with you since some sites we visit have no
internet connection, or electricity therefore card payments cannot be accepted.
