Meet Maria, Your GoGozo Organizer
Recently, we have welcomed another trusted local to our experiences team. Maria who was born and raised in Gozo, in the village of Nadur, an area well known for its traditional bakeries and strong culinary heritage.
As a true Gozitan, it comes as no surprise that Maria is a passionate food enthusiast.
Her journey began working as kitchen help in her father’s former restaurant, Ta’ Kejli Bocci Club, where she gained hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment.
She later went on to further develop her culinary skills as a chef at Tuta Agritourism.
With a diverse background in the catering industry, Maria is well-versed in the demands of the profession.
We immediately recognised her as a key asset, particularly for managing bespoke events like barbecues, private dining, bachelor, hen parties and other celebrations.
Beyond her expertise, it is Maria’s genuine passion for every plate she serves that truly sets her apart !
Our partnership was born from more than just Maria’s expertise; it was sparked by her deep, genuine love for her home island of Gozo.
This collaboration allows her to share that local passion with our guests while enjoying a more balanced lifestyle, continuing to do what she loves during more sociable hours.
